We strive to get all of our approvals out as quickly as possible. We are a very busy office, so on average, we will have your approval within five business days. However, this time will increase if you are waiting on onsite plumbing, a siting, code assessment or the like.

At ACA you can expect our inspectors to be there when you schedule an inspection. If you need an answer to a question and the certifier you are working with isn’t available, there is almost always someone else around to help.

Great Communication

Our staff will email or call you when they need further information during the certification process. You will be notified when your application is processed. Furthermore, you can expect to see a sticker onsite whenever an inspection is passed and we will email or call you if an inspection doesn’t pass.
