All Construction Approvals (ACA) is a privately owned company formed in 2001 by Harald Weber. ACA was created in response to market demand for a personalised, reliable and consistent service in relation to building certification and consultancy work.
Our goal is to provide the highest level of professional service in building regulation and control. We offer innovative, cost effective, quality outcomes to ensure building compliance and project success.
Our team consists of two accredited Building Certifiers and three Cadets all supported by the Administrative Staff. We specialise in providing sound advice and approvals for everything from sheds to high rise buildings in Cairns and all of Queensland.
Harald has 27 years' comprehensive experience as a building certifier, 12 years with local government and 15 years specialising in commercial approvals.
Martin has 11 years comprehensive experience as a building certifier, with over 1500 certifications, specialising in the assessment and inspections of all types of construction from simple garden sheds to multi-storey buildings.
Ethan is currently studying towards honours. He has completed his certificate 4 in general construction, has a diploma in building certification, advanced diploma in building certification, associate degree in building certification and was previously a carpenter. Ethan has been working in the building certification industry since 2011.
